Niko Yoga Retreat

My birthday is coming up in March and when I think about what I want to do for my 33rd birthday, where I want to be, and who I want to be with, nature comes to mind. I want to be with my loved ones, my family, and my students-friends, with my community. I want to do and be yoga, to meditate, to take walks/hikes, to sit by fire, tell stories, contemplate things, share meals, sing and dance tapping into freedom and creativity of upcoming spring. I want togetherness. There is a beautiful and magical place in Pawling, NY called Growing Heart Farm. And this is where we are going.
